Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of administrative support including general office administration, HR support, office renovation, procurement, facilities management, equipment maintenance and contract renewal etc.;
- Lead and collaborate with different departments in development and implementation of work plans;
- Prepare management reports, business correspondence and presentation materials;
- Assist in coordinating both internal and external events;
- Provide guidance and advise to the team as and when needed;
- Be responsible for the implementation and completion of ad hoc projects;
- Provide secretarial support to Head of HR and Admin Dept.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Business related discipline, with a minimum of 5 years’ of relevant experience
- Mature and self-motivated with excellent analytical skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage your own workload with flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
- Excellent problem solving skill
- Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong computer skills- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
