Responsibilities:

• Daily HR support to associates.
• Provide operational support to front line staff on HR matters.
• Assist in preparing payroll and follow up relevant documents.
• Handle staff leave application and roster, maintain staff records including attendance record, movement and more.
• Assist in handling the recruitment and termination procedures for Macau branch.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years’ relevant working experience preferably with background in retail or services industry, with HR experience in handling Macau is an advantage.
• With multi-tasking capability, independent, mature, self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded, team player with good initiative.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less qualification but with best working attitude will also be considered.
• Immediately available is preferred.
