Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide all-rounded executive support including preparation of presentation materials to Chief Commercial Officer (“CCO”)
• Assist CCO in managing day-to-day operations, liaise with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth and efficient business operations
• Coordinate, monitor and report the progress of different projects and events & conduct various analysis as required
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related discipline
• 1 -2 years’ relevant experience preferably gained in sizable organizations
• Good business sense with an analytical mind-set and forward thinking ability
• Mature, proactive, approachable and a good team player
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken, English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong computer skills in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
• More experienced candidate will be considered as Senior Officer, Commercial Operations
