Responsibilities:

• Assist on purchase orders creation and confirmation;
• Update purchase orders with latest delivery information;
• Research on pricing information and compare prices and quotations;
• Assist on claim preparation and damage goods photo taking;
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports;
• Provide a full spectrum of purchasing and administrative support;
• Any ad hoc work and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma and above in relevant discipline;
• At least 1 year of General Admin / Clerical Working Experience;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint);
• Detail-Oriented, proactive and willing to learn;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
