Responsible:

• Preparing import or export whole set documents and procedures
• Performing cargo planning, maintaining close communication and coordination with clients / overseas / agent / carriers / warehouse, etc.
• Handling booking / operations / documentation / e-mails independently

Job requirements:

• DSE , F5 or above, at least 2 years experience in operating positions
• Familiar with operating requirements of shipping & forwarder company
• Customer-oriented, good telephone manner, willing to work under pressure
• Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese including Putonghua
