The Operation Manager will be responsible to oversee the operations of our production as well as various Café shop and Bakery retails outlets in Hong Kong and providing a high level of service to both the sales force and customers.

Responsibilities:          

• Formulate, execute and review standard operating procedures for the retails operations and ensure the execution effectiveness
• Supervise the Bakery Café Managers in different Café Shops and provide continuous coaching and motivate the café members to drive up the team performance.
• Oversee and monitor the operations of production, various café to ensure the company policies in terms of food quality, hygiene and safety are implemented and meet the standard
• Maintains a good balance of food cost and staff cost to achieve serving the customers with the highest quality standard
• Identify the problems encountered in operations, analyze the problems and provide recommendations to the Management in order to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide Management daily reporting of project statuses and updates
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• 6-7 years' experience in hospitality industry with at least 4 years in supervisory level
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure
• Strong leadership, positive attitude, responsible and able to handle multi-tasks
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Energetic and outgoing personality
