Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate the training program, in line with the marketing plan
• Execute Business analysis of the responsible area. Identify business opportunities and drive for actions to maximize opportunity
• Ensure brand image and store standards are executed and maintained at company requirements
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Centre
• Lead a team to achieve Company's objectives and sales & operational targets
• Formulate and execute strategies on service upgrading and brand building
• Maintain strong relationship with customers and commercialize business opportunities

Desired Skills & Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in management, preferably in beauty/training
• Passionate about beauty and with good product knowledge
• Excellent business sense that could translate into different environment and culture
• Detail-oriented, well organized, self-motivated, excellent communication and leadership skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
