Job Description

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare monthly payroll, reports and documentation
  • Daily HR support to associates
  • Provide consultative and operational support to front line supervisor on HR matters including HR policies and procedures, performance management, market information updates etc.
  • Assist in preparing payroll and follow up relevant documents.
  • Handle leave applications & records in system, and maintain staff records including the attendance, movement and training records etc.

 

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Accounting or Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 2-3 year working experience in payroll or HR sector 
  • Proficient in MS Excel functions and analytical tools 
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Familiar with HK labour ordinance, MPF and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in using HRIS / payroll system, Flexi 2 will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Application especially in Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately availability will be of prime consideration
