Responsibilities:

• To greet all visitors, ensuring they are well received and treated with courtesy
• To handle all incoming calls and direct to appropriate people, take accurate messages if necessary and ensure follow up in a timely manner
• To be responsible for the booking of conference rooms and maintain the conference facilities
• To handle all incoming and outgoing mail/ fax / parcel and courier services
• To assist in the distribution of letters, document and parcels
• To assist daily duties of messenger
• To liaise with the suppliers & vendors
• To organize the transportation arrangement between HK office and factories
• To assist maintain and order pantry supplier
• Assist ad hoc assignment / company events
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with 1-2 years solid working experience as Receptionist
• Excellent telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to handle multi-task work and good team player
• Pleasant, outgoing, responsible and well-organized
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
