As the Operations Manager of the Company, you will be responsible for managing projects related to industrial and business operations. You will responsible for developing with primary focus in Asia, through developing leads, managing strategies, providing business analysis, and delivering quality project documentation.
 
Main Responsibilities:

• Report to the Group CEO
• Assist to plan and drive projects contributing to the corporate business development
• Closely communicate with the management to plan, develop and meet the targeted marketing strategy and objectives
• Responsible for the planning and control of the annual/monthly budget
• Support the Group with the understanding on market landscape and reach business goals with the management and partners
• Develop the requirement specifications, manufacturing plan, procedures and forms, and project implementation
• Establish cooperative relations with all relevant parties to manage and conduct regular performance reviews

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

• Degree holder or above, major in Business administration / Marketing / IT or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Previous experience in manufacturing and development is an advantage
• ERP knowledge is a plus
• Strong capability in resolving issues, independent, good interpersonal skills with excellent analytical capability
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Frequent travel to Cambodia is required
