Principal Job Duties:

• Be accountable for all HR staffing issues, including but not limited to the areas of HR resource planning, job analysis, manpower planning, staff relations, recruitment, etc;
• Manage HR policies and work systems, ensure a full spectrum of value-added HR services to business development and production centers in China;
• Act as the bridge between HR and BU to improve HR service delivery to BU;
• Strengthen existing HR functions to be more business-driven and customer-oriented;
• Support corporate HR programs and disseminate relevant information to production center in a timely fashion. 

Qualification / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines;
• Min. 10 years experience in working for a MNC and manufacturing company in China;
• Ability to work effectively with corporate teams and management;
• Ability to work with virtual teams across various geographic regions, people from a variety of cultural background and levels;
• Knowledge of evaluating jobs, and good understanding of china labor law and way of working;
• Fluent in spoken Englishis a must;
• Work location in Shenzhen / HK
