Responsibilities:

• Attendance Management;
• Coordinate recruitment process;
• Personnel files/records maintenance;
• Administrate Payroll, MPF and Individual Income tax;
• Maintain Staff Hand Book and Company Policies, facilitate communication between employer and employees;
• To provide personnel cost details for analysis;
• To manage vendors for maintenance of office equipment;
• To handle stationery purchases and distribution;
• Coordinate with sub-contractor to maintain office cleanliness and hygiene;
• To handle insurance matters including Medical and Employee Compensation;

Requirements:

• Degree / diploma holder in HRM or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 1-2 years' related experiences in both HR and administrative support, preferably in servicing or tourism industry
• Experience in office IT support is a plus
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Knowledge and experience in payroll system preferable
• Able to work independently
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Admin Officer
