Job Description
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- 4-5 years solid experience in human resources and office administration
- Previous experience in full HR services such as recruitment, payroll and C&B
- Experience in sizable companies with stable working history is highly preferred
- Good command of spoken & written English, fair in spoken Mandarin
- Self-motivated, cheerful, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform all-rounded human resources activities including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations and performance management
- Handle payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate monthly salary payment
- Coordinate with line managers on recruitment needs, interview and offer arrangement
- Monitor the daily office administration duties and suppliers’ performance and evaluation
- Organize employees’ activities, company functions and handle ad hoc assignments
