Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to oversee and handle daily operation of medical units, e.g. dental clinics;
• Review performance reports and carry out market research and statistical analysis;
• Prepare accurate business reports, strategic plans and proposals;
• Involve in new service projects including preparation, workflow design, operation, management, recommendation and review;
• Liaise and coordinate with relevant professional and managerial staff of different partner organizations and medical units;
• Comply with relevant policies, guidelines and ordinances of Yan Chai Hospital Board and medical units;
• Perform secretarial duties for relevant management committees;
• Handle patients’ enquiries and complaints in a professional manner and identify the root cause and problem of each complaint;
• Handle ad hoc projects and perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in management;
• Work with government and NGO experience is preferable;
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) and English;
• Proficient IT skills and PC knowledge in MS office and Chinese work processing;
• Immediately availability is highly preferred.
