Responsibilities:- 

• Perform full spectrum HR and Admin functions including: recruitment, compensation and benefit, payroll & MPF administration, commission calculation
• Manage employee relations, confidential HR documents and sensitive personnel records
• Manage medical insurance enrollment and claims, taxation matters and leave records maintenance
• Implement general office administration and facilities maintenance
• Assist to organize general office affairs, staff activities and other ad hoc projects

Requirements:- 

• Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent would be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR & Admin area at sizable company
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Multi-task oriented, independent, good time management and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is highly preferred
