Responsibilities:

• Assist in full spectrum of Human Resources duties such as compensation and benefits, recruitment, payroll and MPF calculation, employee attendance, leave record and staff activities, etc.
• Work closely with hiring managers to meet the hiring needs and follow through the overall recruitment process
• Provide office administration support and perform other ad hoc assignment when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years related experience, with hand on C & B experience in retail industry is a must
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislation
• Knowledge in Macau Labour Ordinance will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-minded, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight work schedule
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good Command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
