Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in personnel administration, office setups, purchasing and coordinating office operations
• Perform data entry, handle bank receipt and payment operations
• Perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, employee relations and other Administrative functions;
• Identify and source new recruitment channels;
• Handle expenses claim and prepare necessary reports
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Higher Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal in English, Chinese (Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS applications including Word & Excel
• Good command of spoken and written  
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, stable, detailed-minded, independent, a good team player, multitasking  
• Knowledge of labor legislation
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other statutory regulations related to employment
• At least 3 years relevant solid HR generalist experiences, preferably in Retail/ F&B industry;  
• Good team player with commitment to quality work and tight schedule; and
• Able to work independently and communicate well with people of diverse background

More experience will be considered as Senior ADMIN HR OFFICER
