Job Description
Responsibilities
- Liaise and collaborate between users and IT Teams to develop and deliver
- Participate in system development in terms of articulating and documenting user requirements, performing user acceptance tests and devising ongoing enhancements
- Conduct review on business operations to provide value-adding recommendations and initiate the process improvement
- Generate business intelligence reports for senior management
- Provide daily system monitoring and front end user support, to ensure system availability for business operation.
- Assist in all-round operations administrative support to operations department
- Prepares memo, operation procedures, manuals
- Support the handling of customer complaints
Requirements
- A degree holder of Computer Sciences, Business related or equivalent disciplines
- At least 2 years in banking or finance industries or performing similar capacity
- Fluent written and verbal English and Cantonese language skills, as well as a communicative level of Mandarin.
- Good understanding on Financial Services Operations
- Knowledge of, or experience in the FX or Bullion market is preferable
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
