Job Duties:

• Be very patient & compassionate with children
• Patient in conversing and communicating our programmes to customer
• Maintaining close coordination with customers to ensure customers’ requirements are met
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operation of our learning centre
• Maintain filing system, establish and maintain current and potential client database  
• Support planning and execution of promotion activities and events;
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

•   Degree holder or equivalent, preferably major in Marketing ,Communication, Languages or Business related-disciplines;
•  Excellent command of English is a must
•  Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
•  Excellent telephone manner and enjoy working with children
•  Good analytical, problem solving skills and with ability in handling multi-tasks
•  Self-motivated, responsible, independent, detail minded and well organized
•  Working experience in education centre or customer services is preferred
•  Proficiency in computer applications (including Microsoft Word, Excel , PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing)
•  Immediately available will be an advantage
