工業邨助理

職責:-
- 負責巡邏及處理將軍澳工業邨日常物業管理工作；
- 處理有關工業邨的查詢及租戶的要求；
- 協助及安排租戶及訪客參觀事項；
- 協助工業邨主任執行租用守則及防止違規事項發生；及
- 每週工作６天／每天工作9.25小時 (0745-1700,0845-1800,0945-1900)。
資歷:-
- 中三或以上程度；
- 2年物業管理/客戶服務經驗，曾服務於大型管業公司及具管理工商物業經驗更佳；
- 持有效駕駛執照 (第一類)；
- 持有效保安人員許可證(乙類)優先考慮；
- 操流利廣東話及懂中文書寫，具備簡單英文及普通話溝通能力。
