The Job

  • Responsible for the recruitment of junior positions including temporary and internship positions up to officer level
  • Coordinate interviews arrangement and background screening process for all levels hiring
  • Handle separation administration including final payment communication, documents scanning and post-separation follow up tasks
  • Process HR information system data input, update and checking
  • File HR documents and handle other HR administrative tasks as assigned

The Person

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 5 years or above experience in Human Resources, with experience of HR generalist role
  • Good communication skills, able to work with different level of stakeholders and a fast-paced environment
  • A good team player, independent and proactive with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Immediately available
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR Officer
