 工廠高階主管 (佛山)

 Report to: Senior Management

 

Job Description工作性質:

  • Responsible for the facilitation of Human Resources Management and Office Administration to ensure smooth operations 負責人力資源管理和確保辦公室行政順暢
  • Make professional judgement to ensure harmonization in the workplace 作出專業判斷,使工作場所協調一致
  • Implement effective HR policies and strategies on recruiting, introduction and training, also provide recommendation on job safety, task allocation, performance management, labor relation and discipline 協助處理人力資源事宜,例如工人招聘、日常行政培訓、給予工廠安全建議,及人事安排等等
  • Ensure office operating based on the local government legislation compliance 確保辦公室運作附合地方政府規格
  • Review and keep up-to-date with the labor policies and market expectations 檢討及更新現有勞工政策符合市場預期
  • Responsible for office management, such as office supplies and staff amenities 負責辦公室行政管理,例如辦公室用品及設備
  • Experience in factory audit 熟悉工廠記錄
  • Based in Foshan office 於佛山辦公室上班

  

Working hour工作時間:

 Monday to Friday 9am-6pm 星期一至五上午九時至下午六時

 (Lunch break 12-2pm)  (午休中午十二時至二時)

Saturday 9am-12nn星期六上午九時至中午十二時

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources Management; experience in a manufacturing factory and ISO is preferential 3-5年人力資源管理經驗,熟悉工廠生產管理及ISO體系優先
  • Familiar with the PRC’s labor regulations, insurance and social security requirements 熟悉中華人民共和國劳工法、保险、以及社會保障條例
  • Immediate available is preferred 能即時到任為佳
