Responsibilities:

• Perform HR functions including but not limited to payroll, tax filing, recruitment, MPF administration
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and clients
• Handle secretarial duties such as meeting arrangements, minutes, etc
• Perform support to HR consultancy works
• Provide administration and documentation supports, including handle accounting reports

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, in HR/Business Administration/related discipline is preferred
• 1-2 years' experience in HR or Administration field
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS office, knowledge in Photoshop is an advantage
• Responsible, initiative, independent, well-organized, detail-minded
• Good command of spoken & written Chinese and English
• Immediate availability is preferred
