Job Description
We are now looking for high caliber to join our family.
Responsibilities:
- Perform HR functions including but not limited to payroll, tax filing, recruitment, MPF administration
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and clients
- Handle secretarial duties such as meeting arrangements, minutes, etc
- Perform support to HR consultancy works
- Provide administration and documentation supports, including handle accounting reports
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, in HR/Business Administration/related discipline is preferred
- 1-2 years' experience in HR or Administration field
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS office, knowledge in Photoshop is an advantage
- Responsible, initiative, independent, well-organized, detail-minded
- Good command of spoken & written Chinese and English
- Immediate availability is preferred
