Responsibilities:

  - Perform daily administrative and general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, etc.  

  - Manage reception counter, handle incoming and outgoing calls, mails and fax

  - Coordinate daily meetings, appointments and travel arrangements

  - Responsible for office supplies ordering and records

   - Assist in human resourecs duties for example: employee attendance

  - Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

 Requirements:

  - Form 5 or above with formal secretarial training is preferred

  - Minimum 1 year working experience in secretarial or administrative support is preferred

  - Independent, good communication and interpersonal skills

  - Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, English & Chinese Word Processing

  - Immediate available is preferred
