Job Responsibilities:

• Support Engineering and R&D Department in administrative work, such as preparing purchase and delivery orders, invoice, completion report and filing
• Provide logistics coordination support between client and factory/ supplier
• Liaising with internal and external parties on administrative and operation related matters
• Process local and overseas shipment
• Handle and upkeeping of project databases and documentations
• Track team vacation and process expenses claims
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Form 5 or above, diploma holders are preferable
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS Office such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Independent & self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Good manner, detailed minded & good communication skills
• Mature, stable, hard-working & willing to learn
• Immediate available or short notice is preferable
