Job Descriptions:

• Provide a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Chief Executive and Group Company in both business activities and personal affairs
• Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively and independently
• Responsible for handling with projects, project coordination and follow-up
• Daily coordination with different departments
• Handle ad hoc projects and assignments

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of experience as Personal Assistant  to senior management
• Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Offices including Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and PowerPoint
• Good communication, organization and presentation skill
• Self-motivated, well-organized, mature, presentable, responsible and able to work independently
• Immediate available is preferable.
