Job Description

Assistant Manager - Research and Event Logistics


Duties

1.  Provide executive support to Overseas Trade Offices related matters, including conducting data searches, drafting submissions, preparing periodic returns, etc;

2.  Assist in handling general administration duties of the Overseas Trade Offices Team

3.  Provide logistical and administrative assistance to the Overseas Trade Offices Heads Meeting, including liaising with relevant parties, preparing briefs and folders, inviting quotations from catering service providers, etc;

4.  Provide executive assistance to the side programme of the Heads Meeting, which is usually a one-day visit; and

5.  Provide logistical and administrative assistance for Mainland visit.


Requirements

1.  University degree or equivalent;

2.  Grade E or above in Use of English and Chinese Languages and Culture/Chinese Language and Literature in the HKALE or equivalent, or Level 2 in Use of English and Use of Chinese in CRE;

3.  Excellent presentation and communication skills in English;

4.  At least 3 years' post-degree work experience preferably in event management or corporate services support; and

5.  Experience in general administration, good computer skills (i.e. MS Excel, Work and Powerpoint), and accounting knowledge is preferred.
