Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handling hotline incoming telephone calls
Handling general administration in the daily operation, invoicing, logistic, inventory control, packaging and clerical work
Maintain office systems, data management, filing, utilities payment
Manage courier services, office equipment maintenance etc.
Handling outdoor work such as collection & delivery document, outgoing banking
Assist in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

Form 5 / DSE or above
5 years’ or above relevant working experience
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/ Word/PowerPoint) and Chinese & English Word Processing
Well written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage.
Working Location: Kwai Chung
