Job description:

• To handle in-coming calls to generate business lead
• To process inquiries from both potential and existing clients
• To co-ordinate business development activities with external business partners
• To support immediate supervisor in business negotiation with clients
• To perform various administrative work and assist in the operation of the business

Requirements:

• Diploma/Associate degree or above, major in business/marketing or related subjects preferred
• Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in property and/or corporate leasing, sales & marketing or business development
• Experience in serviced offices, business centers and/or co-working space would be given top priority
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
• Organized, result-oriented and willing to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
