Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise various activities related to office administration including but not limited to fixed asset management, office supplies, maintenance and repair; office set up, renovation, relocation, procurement and insurance, car pool, dormitory, etc.
- Manage, improve and modify workflow to maximize staff productivity and optimize the use of company resources
- Plan and organize staff activities and company events
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' solid experience in managing office administration
- Experienced in sizable Company, retail, manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or FMCG is highly preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded, patient and able to work under pressure
- Good command of language skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Administration Officer
