Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all-rounded Human Resources functions to ensure the smooth operations;
  • Responsible for fleet management;
  • Oversee and manage office administrative support;  
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned.

 Experience and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or above in HR Management or Business Administration;
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with at least 3 years in managerial level in a sizable company;
  • Strong management and leadership skills;
  • Familiar with employment ordinance;
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized;
  • Process experience in fleet management and maintenance is an advantage;
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese;
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel;
  • Immediate available is preferred
