Our client is a top tier banking corporation in Hong Kong. They are currently expanding the Recruiter team to support their internal hiring projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support the full recruitment cycle, including job advertisement, interview logistics, application screening and job offering, on boarding processes
• Liaise with business users and vendors for recruitment activities and identify effective recruitment channels
• Formulate and execute recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract talent to meet business needs

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in bulk recruitment or experienced hire in the banking industry
• Hands-on experience in recruitment admin work
• Able to work under pressure and fast paced environment
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus

Less experienced candidate will be considered as Assistant Recruitment Manager.
