Opeation Director

~  University graduate or equivalent
~  At least 7 years business and operations management experience
~  Good data analysis skills
~  Good command of English and Putonghua
~  Oversee Operations Department (Claims, Hotline, Data)
~  Time to Time review the work flow, planning on process improvement
~  Plan, lead, monitor, Analyze and enhance the work flow improvements
~  Ensures resource optimization, standardization and optimization of operational processes and practices
~  Coordinate with IT in sourcing and identifying system solutions
~  Provide operational support to the project teams and other teams in need
~  Strong logical thinking and problem solving capabilities
~  Work with Marketing Department on business development, market opportunities and trends

Operation Manager

~  Bachelor degree holder or above
~  Minimum 5 years’ solid working experience at supervisory or management level
~  Knowledge in health insurance, claims processing (inpatient & outpatient), financial analysis, or medical services delivery is an advantage
~  Report to Senior Management, you will be responsible for overseeing various medical services operations functions and administrative support to achieve business targets and goals
~  Manage the medical provider network to ensure delivery of quality services and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
~  Manage medical claims, billing and coding process to ensure effective revenue cycle management

Operatiopn Officer / Assistant

~  F7 or above, at least 2 years’ working experience in sales and marketing, customer service, office admin or related discipline.
~  Knowledge in medical network, healthcare or insurance will be an advantage
~  Handle customers’ calls, emails and faxes for medical service enquiries and complaints in professional, timely and effective manner.
~  Perform data entry in systems and maintain service records and logs
~  Follow up and co-ordinate with network clinics, internal departments and external customers for various matters
~  Provide other administrative support as assigned.
