Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a full set of Export /Import documents, from Hong Kong to China
• Issue shipping documents and invoices
• Handle Import & Export Customs declaration
• Coordinate with China offices/ HK Showroom in planning and processing transshipment & transportation
• Update order status in ERP system
• Filing documents
• Follow up PO /SO to meet on time delivery and handle logistics arrangement
• Support general administrative works for the team

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in administrative or business support role within the Supply Chain Department
• 3 years’ experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a trading environment using Multiable/Oracle or a similar ERP system
• Demonstrated team orientation
• Proven ability to complete tasks and work assignments independently
• Demonstrated business communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to effectively interact with personnel across all organizational levels, from staff to executive levels
