The client is a rapidly growing company specializes in aviation solutions, leader in its industry. Due to their continuous growth, they are now looking for an Assistant HR Manager – HK & China / PRC Operations (HR Business Partner) to join their professional team to look after HK, China as well as US operations

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day all round HR operations in HK, including recruitment, payroll, C&B, policies & procedures, employee relations and staff performance management
• Act as the HR Business Partner to provide HR solutions to regional offices (PRC & US) in all-round aspect
• Develop and monitor overall HR systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Advise business lines / managers on employee engagement as well talent development plans to assist the business growth
• Responsible for preparation of statistical and management reports
• Drive HR alignment exercise and group initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience as HR Generalist
• Well versed of Hong Kong and PRC Employment Ordinance / HR Practices
• Regional exposure / Greater China exposure is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
