Report to: Project Manager

We are looking for a project assistant to perform administrative and clerical tasks to support our digital inclusion project. The project assistant has to possess good telephone manner and interpersonal skill, attention to details and good English writing skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the scheme
• Conduct telephone call to enterprises & organizations in persuasion to join the scheme
• Handle enquiries and maintain communication with the scheme applicants
• Other ad-hoc duties per assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Cantonese. Good written English and Chinese
• Higher Diploma/Associate Degree graduates or above. University Students are also welcomed
• Strong interpersonal skills and good telephone manner
• Previous administration working experience is a plus
