Job Description
Reporting to the Vice Chairman & General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Your duties will include: -
- Implement HR strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits and welfare benefits, training and development, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations
- Formulate, implement and standardize HR manuals, policies and procedures
- Planning to cope with the business direction and growth in various departments
- Oversee, direct and perform HR payroll management ensuring compliance with applicable ordinance and payroll tax obligations and accurate payments
- Build collaborative efforts with HQ’s Group Human Resources to achieve employer branding goals and ensure aligned HR initiatives, policies and guidelines
- Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable requirements in accordance to HK Employment Ordinance
- Contribute to the set up of new HRIS and follow up on a smooth transition
- Lead recruitment activities to acquire the required manpower
- Drive special projects initiatives and perform ad-hoc tasks to achieve the Company’s objectives
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements: -
- University Graduate, Degree in Human Resources is preferred
- Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in HR, in similar capacity
- Strategic thinking with strong problem solving and analysis record
- Excellent team management skills with result-orientation and a sense of urgency
- Excellent organizing ability, interpersonal relationship and communication skills
- Excellent command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
