Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Admin, HR, and clerical duties of office and shops
  • handling shipping document, recruitment and termination paypoll
  • administrating attendance, personnel records, medical and general insurance
  • Provide a high level of customer hotline service
  • purchasing , maintaining and inventory control of stationery, fixture and equipment
  • Support for HR activities and assist in ad hoc projects
  • 5.5 days work with alternate Saturday-off

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 2 years’ work experience
  • Self-initiative, good organization, multi-tasked and flexible
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good PC skills and proficient in Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English

Salary:

$11000 - $12000
