Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Admin, HR, and clerical duties of office and shops
- handling shipping document, recruitment and termination paypoll
- administrating attendance, personnel records, medical and general insurance
- Provide a high level of customer hotline service
- purchasing , maintaining and inventory control of stationery, fixture and equipment
- Support for HR activities and assist in ad hoc projects
- 5.5 days work with alternate Saturday-off
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- At least 2 years’ work experience
- Self-initiative, good organization, multi-tasked and flexible
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Good PC skills and proficient in Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Salary:
$11000 - $12000
