Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Manage daily operations including payroll, MPF administration, staff compensation and benefits etc.
• Assist in full spectrum of recruitment process and arrange on-board formalities for new staff
• Manage leave and attendance system
• Coordinate training programs
• Plan and organize company events
• Apply working visas for expatriates
• Execute HR and Administration policies and procedures to support the business objectives of the company
• Prepare various monthly and periodical reports
• Manage and maintain database and employee records
• Assist in any other tasks as assigned

 Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Proficiency in Mandarin is an MUST
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature and detail minded
• Proficient in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
