Job Description

  • Secretary to Corporate Services Division in all admin and secretarial duties
  • Supervise and lead both the Receptionist and Messenger for their duties and work planning
  • Provide accounting work such as issue of debt notes, bank flow statements, and accounts receivable
  • Handle office administration work including I.T. projects, and HR functions
  • Secretarial support and backup for Director whenever necessary

Requirements
  • Degree holder of business administration/area of above relative duties
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience preferably in CPA firms
  • Meticulous, flexible, organized, presentable and with analytical mind
  • Proficient in computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Knowledge in full set of books of accounts are advantageous
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
