- Secretary to Corporate Services Division in all admin and secretarial duties
- Supervise and lead both the Receptionist and Messenger for their duties and work planning
- Provide accounting work such as issue of debt notes, bank flow statements, and accounts receivable
- Handle office administration work including I.T. projects, and HR functions
- Secretarial support and backup for Director whenever necessary
Requirements
- Degree holder of business administration/area of above relative duties
- At least 3 years' relevant experience preferably in CPA firms
- Meticulous, flexible, organized, presentable and with analytical mind
- Proficient in computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Knowledge in full set of books of accounts are advantageous
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
