Main Responsibilities:

Assist the Human Resources & Admin. Manager to:

• Oversee and manage the general HR functions, in particular to the performance management, people development, and recruitment projects;
• Develop and implement staffing strategy to support business development. Establish employer brand through recruitment marketing plans and tactics;
• Work closely with the company’s key stakeholders and senior management; advise the different business units on setting up and implementing performance management system, analyze & implement training and development plans based on the performance appraisal results;
• Define the areas of evaluation for key positions and formulate the staff motivation policies
• Cultivate relationship with top-tier universities
• Maintain internship programs and graduate programs

 We are looking for:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or Training discipline, with minimum 5 years' HR generalist experience;
• Updated knowledge of Hong Kong labour ordinance;
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency both in written and spoken English and Chinese languages ;
• Proficient in MS Office, HRIS system
