Responsibilities:

• Answer customer enquiries & complaints with professional manner via phone or computer and in person;
• Provide professional customer service internal & external customer;
• Provide administration support to team

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree Holder is preferable;
• Experience in customer service in Insurance Industry is an advantage;
• Good command of spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Good telephone manner, strong interpersonal & communication skills;
• Familiar with MS Office is an advantage
• More experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer;
• Immediate Available is highly preferable.
