Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and responsive talent acquisition program
- Design, implement and review remuneration package to enhance business performance and retain key talents
- Implement HR projects such as to build competence team, efficient workflow and HR management improvement
- Drive performance review process for all levels of employee
- Contribute to the effective operating of the payroll administration, annual remuneration review process and employee cost calculation
- Ensure effective communication with the management team and general staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree holder
- Min 5 years of experience in Banking, Finance, HR or Corporate Sales
- Good interpersonal skills, mature personality and attentive to details
- Prepare management reports and lead other HR projects
- Work independently, proactive, committed, positive attitude, self-motivated
- Pro-active in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Good knowledge in labour ordinance and regulations in Hong Kong
