Responsibilities:

• Provide effective and responsive talent acquisition program
• Design, implement and review remuneration package to enhance business performance and retain key talents
• Implement HR projects such as to build competence team, efficient workflow and HR management improvement
• Drive performance review process for all levels of employee
• Contribute to the effective operating of the payroll administration, annual remuneration review process and employee cost calculation
• Ensure effective communication with the management team and general staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder
• Min 5 years of experience in Banking, Finance, HR or Corporate Sales
• Good interpersonal skills, mature personality and attentive to details
• Prepare management reports and lead other HR projects
• Work independently, proactive, committed, positive attitude, self-motivated
• Pro-active in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Good knowledge in labour ordinance and regulations in Hong Kong
