The first product on our journey to become a fully digital banking platform will be a multi-currency travel card with an innovative e-wallet application. We want our customers to enjoy a borderless and uninterrupted travel experience.

We are an international team of seasoned professionals and entrepreneurs with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, and across Southeast Asia. Being one of the first in the region, we are partnering with trusted consumer brands to launch our product in the coming months.

We look for entrepreneurial individuals that demonstrate curiosity and creativity in problem solving. The ideal candidate for this HR Officer position is someone who exhibits strong passion and skills for developing our company’s most treasured asset - our talents - across different countries.

Responsibilities:

• Support both Hong Kong and regional hiring needs in ASEAN countries
• Proactively execute talent acquisition strategy (talent requirement analysis, identify acquisition channels, market research, etc.)
• Setup formal and informal review structure with executives
• Define and manage company activities to increase company visibility and attractiveness to the talent pool (eg. website, events, job fairs, etc.)
• Handle day-to-day talent management tasks

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 2+ years related experience in talent acquisition
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
• Regional hiring experience is highly valued
• Independent, well-organized, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
• Deep passion in entrepreneurship
