Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors
  • Provide clinical and administrative support to Specialist Practitioners
  • Answer incoming calls and email enquiries (or refer enquiries to appropriate personnel)
  • Schedule medical appointments
  • Register patients and handle billing transactions
  • Support ad hoc duties as and when required

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service, able to multi-task and prioritize
  • 1-2 yearscustomer service experience, preferably gained in a specialist clinic
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal& communication skills
  • Knowledge in handling medical cards / corporate medical schemes preferred

 

Remarks:

  • Working hours: 40 hours per week
  • (Monday to Friday – within 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.)
