Job Responsibilities:

• Gather and compile data for the preparation of project-related contracts e.g. subcontractor agreement, sales & purchase agreement with client / supplier etc.;
• Review standard form template and consolidate payroll documents to main contractor in compliance with contractual obligations;
• Coordinate with the relevant in-house departments to ensure the compliance with statutory requirements;
• Maintain contract / agreement files;
• Provide administrative support and assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma or Degree holder;
• 1-2 years admin experience in building / civil construction field;
• Detail oriented and drafting project-related contract experience is an advantage;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Location : Quarry Bay.
