Responsibilities:

• Assume the role of front desk receptionist at the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, handle all in-coming and out-going mailing and couriers.
• Handle all in-coming calls and phone enquiries.
• Handle property management system such as A/C, lighting and Car-park system.
• Responsible for general administrative duties.
• Participant in ad hoc assignments as required.

 Requirements:

• Secondary 5 or above with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good command of both written and oral English, Cantonese and Putonghua .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Work on weekdays and alternative Saturday/Sunday on non-ship call days (9:30am – 6:30pm).
• Work on shift on ship call days as required.
