Job Description

  • Responsible for appointments, travel arrangements, calendar monitoring and maintenance.
  • To provide secretarial and administrative support to Manager.
  • Handle routine works like screening email, data entry, updating and filing documents etc.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Contract follow-up and liaise with oversea buyer.
  • Able to work independently

 

Requirements :

  • Form 6 or above, with formal secretarial training.
  • At least 2 year relevant working experience.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
  • Immediate availability is preferable.
