Job Description
- Responsible for appointments, travel arrangements, calendar monitoring and maintenance.
- To provide secretarial and administrative support to Manager.
- Handle routine works like screening email, data entry, updating and filing documents etc.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Contract follow-up and liaise with oversea buyer.
- Able to work independently
Requirements :
- Form 6 or above, with formal secretarial training.
- At least 2 year relevant working experience.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing.
- Immediate availability is preferable.
