Job Duties:

• Responsible for coordinating and supporting daily operations of a specialist clinic
• Provide administrative support and handle the logistics arrangements of clinic with office/clinic maintenance
• Responsible for human resources management including employment, training, appraisal and rota schedule
• Supervise and support clinic/office assistants to provide efficient workflow with professional standard of care
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationship with business partners and suppliers
• Responsible for clinic account and budget management
• Manage pharmacy and medical records inventory
• Assist in the development and implementation of related clinic policies and operation guidelines
• Coordinate workshops with frontline professionals when required
• Support ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• HKALE/HKDSE or above; Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
  
• 5 years’ or above working experience in medical or healthcare industry
• Administrative and management experience is highly preferred
• Being an organized and flexible team player with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge in clinic solution is highly preferred

Monthly salary:

• 18-20k (negotiable)
• Salary is commensurate with experience and qualification.
