JOB DESCRIPTION 

• To work closely with Retail Operation Team to identify the training needs in store operations and sales teams for Greater China Region and be able to provide recommendation for enhancement and improvement
• To formulate the training strategies, annual training plan and training needs analysis in order to align with company direction and goals
• To design, develop and deliver dynamic, high quality, wide-ranging management development and skills training programs based on corporate strategy and business plan
• To manage and lead the country trainers in key countries in order to build a strong team to make sure they are capable of providing training to directly owned and Franchise stores
• To lead and monitor the Mystery Shopper Program and conduct necessary follow up actions for continuous service enhancement
• To build close networks with external consultants to share and get advice on human resources development trend.  Solicit seasoned consultants for in-house when necessary
• To keep abreast of the market dynamic and trends on both the subject matter expertise and training methodology
• To monitor and maintain the proper performance management system for the purpose of reviewing staff performance and identifying potentials for future development
• To provide professional advice on managing staff performance; develop performance management skills for supervisors and managers
• To handle other ad hoc assignments as assigned by Supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• University degree in Human Resources Management/Training or equivalent
• Mininium 5-6 years relevant working experience in Training and Development preferably in Retail industry
• Attention to details, self-motivated, and independent with Strong analytical and planning skill in working with all levels of staff
• With experiences in field coaching plus people development experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good communication in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Frequent travel is a must
